5. Spotted Owl Loop

The Spotted Owl Loop was built and maintained by the Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat and Conference Center over 30 years ago for resort guests, although it was open for public use since most of it was on public lands. Unfortunately, this portion of the Lionshead Fire (2020) burned with great intensity and it is highly doubtful any old growth of note remains.
