18. Muddy Fork Loop

Due to loss of trailbridges over glacial streams, the loss of FR 1825-100 for access, and the marginal amount and quality of old growth along this route, I no longer recommend this long loop as an old-growth hike. The map below was printed in 1993 and is only for historical purposes and the curious. Note that trails have been relabeled and renumbered in this area.
